Countries who offered a warm welcome to Scandium were pleasantly surprised to find the new member of the NDL values hospitality greatly. Each country's welcome message was met with a gift of gratitude from Scandium. Not only did it boost their diplomatic weight, but it boosted their all too important CWI by 3 WIDs.
