Huge Bank Fees Posted Today

Countries dropping below minimum balances during the tower competition were given one week's notice to correct the problem according to WWB policy. Accruing bank fees were assessed today. With no action on the part of any problemed country, each was assessed penalties based on their holdings for the past 8 days (10%/day assessed in the highest MAR holding). Here is the damage report:
