According to Article V, Section 4 of the NDL Charter, countries with smaller populations are due compensation. Each of these countries will have a citizen designated by the NDL to serve as "double citizen". This double citizen will earn double WIDs during their month of service. The schedule of double citizen service has been sent to underpopulated countries. The WWB tellers have calculated back-dated compensation and dispersed the following compensation funds:

Kraü: +1 Food (Physics Discussion Board - Artrip)
All future population compensations will be included in the initial score postings on NDL Scorewatch.
